Children’s Pain and Fever Service
If your child has pain or a fever, our pharmacists can assess them and, where appropriate, provide funded pain and fever relief.
Who is this service for?
Children under 14 years of age who have an acute (short term) pain or fever issue.
What will it cost?
With a Community Services Card: consultation copayment of $5.
Without a Community Services Card: consultation copayment of $20.
Medicines supplied and a medicine measure may be fully funded.
Visit or call our pharmacy and our team will let you know if your child is eligible for funded care under this service.

Monday: 8.30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8.30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8.30am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 8.30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 7:00pm
Sunday: Closed
(Church Street Dispensary is open for all your prescription and pharmacy needs on Sundays when we are closed)
*Open 10 am to 12 noon on Public Holidays
